Live System 02 · Language → Structured Action

Write the instruction.
Get a validated action object.

Human language in. Business-ready structure out. Execution only after control.

This lab demonstrates a practical operations pattern: staff write a normal instruction, the system converts it into machine-readable structure, checks whether required information is present, prepares the appropriate tool arguments, and stops before execution until validation or approval is complete.

Language becomes an action proposal — not an uncontrolled action.Validation and permissions remain explicit.
Less re-keyingTurn written instructions into structured records.
Consistent routingExtract the fields a workflow actually needs.
Safer automationCatch missing, ambiguous or negated instructions before action.
Tool-ready argumentsPrepare validated inputs for APIs, CRM, logistics or service systems.

Operate the system

Write normally.
See what the workflow receives.

Choose a business scenario or write your own instruction. The browser-safe V1 creates a transparent action proposal and validation result. It never claims to be a production NLP model and never executes a real business action.

System anatomy

The useful system is the front door.
The NLP mechanics sit underneath.

Open the technical layer only when you want to inspect how the language was tokenized, normalized, tagged and mapped into spans. These are implementation mechanics, not the business proposition.

Why keep stemming and lemmatization here? They are useful technical comparisons for some classic NLP/search pipelines, but they are not the commercial value of this system. The business value is reliable language-to-structure conversion with validation before downstream action.

Break it

The dangerous failures are
business failures, not vocabulary mistakes.

A system can extract several correct words and still produce an unsafe action. These experiments put the operational failure first.

Failure 01 · negation

“Do not send before Friday.”

Items and dates may be extracted correctly while the critical relationship is lost.

Run the test.
Failure 02 · missing field

“Move the order to Glasgow.”

The intended action is clear, but the order identifier is missing. Execution must stop.

Run the test.
Failure 03 · ambiguity

“Notify Jordan in Paris.”

Names can support several interpretations. Silent certainty is a control failure.

Run the test.
Failure 04 · conflict

Two destinations, one order.

Conflicting instructions should become a clarification request, not a guessed tool call.

Run the test.

Where this becomes useful

Language already exists in the business.
Make software able to consume it safely.

Logistics

Order Instructions

Convert staff instructions into order IDs, destinations, times and notification actions.

instruction → validated order action
Service Desk

Request Routing

Turn free-form requests into intent, metadata and the fields required by a ticket workflow.

message → intent + fields → route
CRM

Follow-up Capture

Convert sales notes into contact, company, next action and scheduled follow-up information.

note → CRM-ready activity object
Incident Operations

Incident Intake

Turn an operational description into asset, location, priority and incident details.

description → incident record
Agent Tools

Safe Tool Arguments

Translate a human request into validated arguments before an agent is allowed to call a business tool.

request → schema → permission → tool

Production control model

Never “understand” and execute
in one uncontrolled jump.

For consequential workflows, language interpretation is only the first stage. Required fields, ambiguity, permissions and business rules must be checked before a real action is allowed.

01Extract
02Validate schema
03Resolve ambiguity
04Check permissions
05Human / policy approval
06Execute + audit

Capability added to DeTLeng

A business system in front.
Reusable engineering underneath.

The deep technical components remain useful because later labs can reuse them without forcing clients to look at them first.

Human RequestLanguage → StructureValidatePredict / DecideRetrieveTool ArgumentsApprovalAction

Write it like a human.
Structure it for software.
Control it before action.

The technical NLP machinery is still inspectable, but the public purpose is now clear: turn language already produced by people into validated information and action proposals that business systems can consume.
